II.  Regulation of lessons

Via bank transfer.

•   Single lessons and trial lessons: minimum 1 day before the scheduled lesson date
  
•   Monthly package: payable in advance (generally at the last lesson of the previous month)
  

III.  Exceptions

1.  Absences; incomplete month

•  From the student:

In the event of early absence from one or more lessons, informed before payment of the monthly package, the latter(s) may be moved during the same month only, depending on the student's or the teacher's availability.
If applicable, the month is considered incomplete and a decreasing flat rate applies.

•   3 lessons per month: €105 (soit €35/h)
  
•   2 lessons per month: €80 (soit €40/h)
  
•   1 lessons per month: €40
  

•  From the teacher:

The same conditions apply in the event of the teacher's absence. However, in the event of an incomplete month, the hourly rate applied will be that corresponding to the package initially planned

2.  Cancellation

•  From the student:

In the case of a cancellation made no later than 2 days before the lesson date, the lesson will be postponed to the current month, depending on the availability of the student and the teacher.

If applicable, the month will be considered incomplete. A refund of the overpayment will be calculated on the basis of the usual decreasing flat rate rates.

•   4 lessons per month: €140
  
•   3 lessons per month: €105
  
•   2 lessons per month: €80
  
•   1 lessons per month: €40
  
Any lesson canceled less than 2 days in advance and not rescheduled within the current month is non-refundable

•  From the teacher:

For any cancellation by the teacher, the lesson will either be postponed to the current month or refunded to the student based on the hourly rate corresponding to the package initially paid.

3.  First package started during the mont

In the case of a first package started during the month, the hourly rate for the 4-lesson package (i.e. €35) applies for the number of lessons remaining in the month (excluding the first trial lesson).

V.  Sponsorship

The sponsorship system allows a student to benefit from a free lesson for each new referral sponsored, only if the referral commits to a monthly package. The free lesson can be taken by the sponsor in addition to the number of hours planned in a month, or deducted from the amount of the package (at the hourly rate provided for in the package).
